Haeger Performance Assurance Program

We are pleased to offer Haeger customers a comprehensive Performance Assurance Program carried out by our Haeger Factory Certified Service Engineers.
Protect your Haeger investment and maximize your productivity by utilizing this service offer to keep your machines in the best possible condition and your operators trained on the latest technology.
The following items indicate the many key points addressed at each service inspection:

 

Safety System Inspect, adjust and recommend replacement parts as needed: – Safety Switch – Coil Cord – Continuity Guide Pins / Springs – Clean/Lube Upper Tool Holder – Safety Function – Safety Gap – Adjust Safety Sensitivity Hydraulic Inspection Inspect, adjust and recommend replacement parts as needed: – Hydraulic hoses and connections – Main Cylinder – Hydraulic Pump – Hydraulic Oil Level

Electrical Inspection Inspect, adjust and recommend replacement parts as needed: – Main Voltage – Control Voltage – Relays – Timer Relays – Up Travel – Dwell Timer Relays – Foot SwitchMAS / Tooling – Inspect, adjust and recommend replacement parts as neededMachinery Training -Additional operator and maintenance training

Our Performance Assurance Program consists of TWO scheduled service visits per contract year in which our service engineer will come to your facility and inspect / repair all your Haeger machines and provide training to your operators and maintenance personnel.
What Haeger machines does the plan cover?
The Performance Assurance Program covers all Haeger machine models besides the MSP machines.

Does this plan cover emergency visits?
This plan does not cover any emergency visits during the year. We do however have additional programs available to cover emergency visits, parts and tooling.

This plan does not cover any parts needed. We do however have additional programs available to cover parts for the year.
