Sanson Insertion Machines
Sanson Northwest Inc and Sanson Machinery Group are pleased to introduce the SANSON INSERTER. This new introduction to the market gives a customer a lower-cost alternative without sacrificing the quality or expected cycle time in the process of inserting pem, captive, southco or other threaded inserts.
The Eugene T. Sanson Company was the first distributor of the Haeger Press after it was developed by Virgil Haeger and was produced by Peninsula Metal Fabrication by Ernie Quathamer and his partners in the late 70s in Northern California.
The Eugene T. Sanson Company sold the first 7 machines as 1-3 were the property of Mr. Haeger and the 2 partners. This first model quickly sold and the HP6-2 arrived. When I say that the Sanson Company was the 1st distributor this came with pioneering efforts that were needed as it was introduced to the entire United States. The introduction of automatic feed of fasteners was difficult yet Sanson was always loyal to “The Haeger”. The Eugene T Sanson Company, Sanson Northwest, and Sanson Machinery Group sold well over a thousand Haegers.
We now are proud to introduce the Sanson Inserter. We are offering a simple, reliable and cost-effective hydraulic machine that is manufactured to CE standards and also carry a UL compliant certification. The Sanson Inserter will come in both a 6-ton and 10-ton pressing capacity. We have both manual and automatic machines in stock. Call us for a quote.
